In our previous m-article (mini article) we talked about what customers want and how to possibly make the experience a bit more exciting. If you haven’t checked it yet, here it is Dude, Where’s My Package? (Episode 1).
As we found out and not by surprise, customers want to know when their product ships and when they can expect to receive it. Rather than simply send out a tracking number and expecting the shoppers to do all the work, it would be nice to use smart shipping software to make your job easy and keep your shoppers happy. No taps, no clicks, the overview is just there ⚡️
In short faster parcel deliveries lead to a higher customer satisfaction rating and if you add a touch of transparency in the process, you might be onto something.
Here’s an example of a typical ecommerce store and its order confirmation page – and we imagine it should be a rule of thumb that as soon as you finish your order, you can already feel the robots moving their rear end to get that package assembled and moving 🤖
Wouldn’t it be nice!
